You can view the source of a web site you are looking at in Safari by changing the ‘http’ at the beginning of the address to ‘view’. For example, if you are at http://www.apple.com in Safari, simply click in the address field, scroll to the beginning of the field, delete ‘http’ and change it to ‘view’, then press Go. View Source will automatically open with the source of that page.

You can also change the browser type to see if the web site provides different source based on the device viewing the page. Click on the Action button to bring up the Browser Type chooser, then click the Action button again to set that browser type.
